FAQs  


*   How many people can stay in the villa?    

 The maximum is 10. There are beds in the 4 bedrooms to sleep 8, and a sofa  bed for the other 2, if required in the living area - please let us know in advance if you intend to use this. Additionally cribs are available to rent for infants.


*   Where is the villa located?      

Our villa is situated on Lake Wilson Preserve a Mediterranean style community just off the CR532 (Osceola/Polk Line Road) and Old Lake Wilson Road. Neighboring the Reunion Golf community.

It  is located near Disney’s theme parks (only 10 minutes to Disney main gate).  You are also minutes away from the unlimited dining and entertainment options clustered along US Hwy 192 as well as central Florida’s other major theme parks. Access to the I-4 is only a few minutes away giving easy access to Orlando International or Tampa airports, and the Gulf Coast or the Atlantic Coast.

*   What services are provided?     

 The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. If you require a mid stay clean, this can be arranged for a fee through our Management Company. We can arrange this, and collect payment from you, at the time of booking if you make your request known to us.

The pool and garden are maintained on a weekly basis by our professional teams.

For a fee a Welcome Pack of groceries and provisions can be arranged if required. We can even arrange for Champagne and flowers to be in the home ready for your arrival.

Our home is managed by Contempo Group who have on site staff to help you with additional needs during your stay.


*   How do I make a reservation to stay at the villa?      

Just send us a enquiry via the "contact us page" with your dates etc. and we will email you with confirmation we have availability for the dates you require. It will also include a booking form together with a fixed price quotation.

To reserve your chosen dates, a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking.  Dates are not secured until payment of the deposit has been received and these funds cleared. We do accept credit cards.
 


*   How Do I Pay?  

Payment of the full amount is required 30 day prior to your arrival date. Payments can be made by check or credit card.

    


*   How Do I know if the villa is available?

*   What if I need an early arrival or late checkout?

Early and late checkouts can be arranged for a fee if they do not interfere with other bookings. Please let us know your needs at the time of your booking.


*   What if I need to cancel my trip?

If you should have to cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing immediately. A credit card number will be requested at the time of booking, and failure to cancel in writing may result in the initial deposit or final payment being charged to the credit card. If payment was made via check, a refund in the form of a check will be issued. All cancellations are subject to a $50 administration charge.

Written notification received more than 43 days in advance, 100% of your deposit will be refunded.


Written notification received 22- 42 days in advance, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.


Written notification received 7 – 21 days in advance, 25% of the total amount will be refunded.


Cancellations made 1-6 days in advance of arrival, no refund will be allowed.

 


*   Where do we check in?

Our house is managed by Contempo Group which is located at Contempo Plaza, 43344 HWY 27, Davenport, FL 33837. Office hours are 9am -5pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 12.00 mid-day Saturday, the office is closed on Sundays. Should you arrive out of office hours, there is a lock box situated to the right of the front doors and located inside will be a personalized envelope containing information and a map to your property. These details will be sent to you on full payment.
